I've not been as active with this as I would have liked due to a lot going on at work and at home. But here is the final mo-pic

Day 15th and it's really starting to annoy me! But I am committed to raising cash for such a worth cause. I know this Christmas is going to be very difficult for me, however I will have friends and family to support me. Some people don't!
Any donation large or small is appreciated and every penny will make a difference to somebody who is suffering.

Day 6 of growing the mighty mo.
Yesterday was another somber reminder of the grief that is impacting my metal health as of late. Yesterday would have been my dad's 70th birthday. The old fella loved a firework party to celebrate.
I will always "remember, remember the 5th of November".
Good job it's @AndysManClub day tonight!
For anybody out there, go talk to somebody if you find yourself struggling! Specifically for Men there is Andy's Man Club, but there are other services out there for everybody, including the samaritans!
