My motivation

In 2023 I’ve been experiencing firsthand how hard it can be to talk about your feelings.
However, I have been so LUCKY to have friends around me that are there to help and force me to talk about things which have been getting me down as of late.
I can only imagine how difficult it must be for those around the world that have nobody to talk to…

For this reason I’m happy to announce I’ll be taking part in Movember for the first time. As well as growing a moustache to raise awareness, I’ve decided to add the extra challenge of consuming no alcohol for the month - for those of you that know me well, you know the challenge I’ve set myself won’t be easy! Yes I might be a month late for ‘Sober October’ but i believe this is a cause that’s well worth the extra effort.
