My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Cancer came crashing into my world just before Christmas 2022. Since then treatment has been successful and the family member is on the road to recovery. It's been a whirlwind of emotions but the fight goes on and we won't let it beat us.

Knowing close friends that have struggled with mental health and unfortunately not beaten their struggles it’s made me want to do what I can to help.

I want to leave some achievements to make my son proud. He'll be a grown man eventually and the more we work on mental health service now all the better for future generations.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Movember almost over and made some good progress this week on the physical challenge. 17 K up this week bringing total up to 55/60KM Physical. Will smash that last 5K tomorrow!

One week into Movember and the tash is coming on slowly.

£110 raised out of my £250 target. had to up my target after the very generous donations helped me hit the initial target with the first two days.

16/60 KM's hit for the physical challenge. 5KM treadmil run/walks (mostly walk) and a couple of short walks.
