Hey folks. I discovered my testicular cancer early, and that was because of a campaign by Movember… as a result despite losing one ball, I still had another and it was sufficient to make these two donuts !!! I don’t want to think what would have happened if I’d missed it. Maybe all three of us wouldn’t be here now. So here’s my plea….. check your balls and don’t miss it! Early diagnosis is essential with any problem.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. Pleeaaassee
