My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember motivates us to have open conversations about often-neglected health issues that affect men, including mental health and prostate cancer. The unity and support within the Movember community are incredibly empowering, encouraging us to take proactive steps towards a healthier, happier future for men worldwide. It's a reminder that small actions can lead to significant change, making Movember a truly motivating and transformative initiative.

Dodgy moustaches are all the rage,
Most men grow them when they come of age,
Some have shied away from the quest
One in particular shall remain unnamed for the best.

Whether you've gone for The Selleck, The Gringo or The Seaman,
The Borat, The Poirot or The Hulk Hogan,
Please do shave them off in December,
Predator facial hair is only for Movember.

Well done guys, terrific effort.
