Target: £500
raised £895 since 2023
My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember 2024 is here.

This is any incredibly important month of the year!!
Let’s spend some to time to reflect on the Mental Health Problems that many men face throughout their lives.

My challenge:

Save the date!!
24th November 6am
5km run every hour!!
12 hours

This will total 60km throughout the day and this will symbolise a km for each of the 60 men that take their own life every hour.

We all experience difficulties throughout our lives and so let’s take some time to support the men, brothers, dads and mates that may be struggling and raise some money for a very important organisation

Mo excuses for not donating!!
My Movember link is in my bio.

How I'm
getting involved
University of Nottingham Men's Hockey Club
Team captain Zack Devaney
£0 Team funds raised
0 of 60 kilometres
walking
running
I'm moving 60km this Movember for the 60 men we lose each hour of every day.

What an amazing achievement (the run not the ache!) I can’t possibly imagine the mental strength it takes to get up and go for those last few 5km runs in those conditions- awesome job Joe, and a happy birthday in advance too!
