Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I’m a passionate believer in opening up real conversations that can make a difference to mental health. I’m equally keen to raise the focus on the regular checks that can identify testicular and prostate cancer early and with better outcomes. My dad Colin had an early prostate cancer diagnosis that afforded him more treatment options. Check yourself and/or get checked!

How I'm
getting involved
Trimming down the normal beardly growth to a close crop whilst leaving the top lip largely to its own devices for a month - nothing more elaborate than an old-skool ’tache.
