My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

In honour of men’s suicide prevention. I lost a teammate and a colleague with kids to suicide so, in their honour, let’s have a crack at doing a bit damn better at looking after each other.

If 2 blokes, my mate and I, taking on a challenge they’re definitely not prepared for, or capable of, can help us do that, then let’s get running!

Come and run with us! It's all about supporting each other so join the team and come and do 5km, 10km, a half marathon of one of the marathons we're doing and do a little fundraising for our cause.

It's mid-month and the Mos are coming through strong. Farnham RUFC lead the way in the Sports Challenge fundraising leaderboard as I write, but where do you feature?

Don't forget to thank your donors and give potential donors an extra incentive to donate; an example of a Movember funded project, a special thanks from you, or simply because of the terrible itch your moustache is giving you. Thanks sporting Mos, we are over £200,000 raised and going strong!
