Years back someone close to me was going through psychosis, I have seen firsthand the amazing work of volunteers, charities and the health service. Often their amazing work goes unnoticed, unrecognized and underpaid.

Mental health is a big part of all our lives. Often it isn't spoken about enough or is treated as a taboo subject especially in men. However small I hope to bring awareness to this subject.
