My motivation

Wow wow wow!! Another fricken challenge to help tackle men’s mental health!! This time Callum & Fidel will be shaving off their Mo’s!!! AND Imogen & Fidel have decided to run a whopping 60km in one day. MOVE for Movember is how we are remembering the 60 men lost to suicide globally, every hour.

Supporting men's mental health and suicide prevention is something very near and dear. Imogen lost her Dad when she was 9 years old to suicide, something so preventable. She remembers her Dad as a very happy, loving and generous man. As a true Scotsman, he was very proud, maybe too proud. His suicide came as a massive shock to the family and It wasn't until Imogen was older she understood how preventable suicide can be.

We are running and SHAVING to raise awareness and support those fathers, partners, brothers and friends who are facing hardship and health crisis and struggle to reach out and open up about life's hardships.

We are honored to be running for Movember, a charity that has funded more than 1,250 mens health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, and shaking up mens health research, support services and treatment.
