My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

For a long time I've had a difficult relationship with my mental health. However, last January I felt as if I was losing a battle both physically and mentally. Thankfully, things began to turn around and I can look back and be grateful for the people who helped me through such a tough time. I'm lucky to have such a big support network around me and I still struggle, some people aren't as lucky to have that support and suffer alone.

Which is why for the past two years I have been growing a Mo to help raise money and awareness for mens mental health as I personally know how useful it would have been to me, and what a difference the correct support systems can provide.

However, as Movemeber 2024 rolled around, I was debating not growing a Mo as I'd grown to like the beard I had. But thinking back to how I was feeling at the start of 2024, the person I was then would have needed this more than ever. So this year it's for him. And for every other Mo Bro who needs love and support.
