Amanda: A Month Without Alcohol

Amanda has committed to giving up alcohol for the entire month. This challenge isn’t just about abstaining; it’s an opportunity for her to focus on her overall well-being. By stepping away from alcohol, she aims to improve her mental clarity and physical health, encouraging others to reflect on their own drinking habits.

Jeff: The moustache Master

Jeff is embracing the iconic Movember moustache, sporting a tash to raise awareness for prostate cancer and mental health issues. His facial hair journey is not just for fun; it's a conversation starter that helps shed light on important health topics, encouraging open discussions among friends and family.

John: Walking for Wellness

John has set an ambitious goal of walking 10,000 steps a day throughout November. This commitment not only promotes physical activity but also serves as a reminder of the importance of staying active in maintaining good health. With each step, John is raising awareness about the benefits of regular exercise for mental and physical well-being.

Kieran: Sweet Freedom

Kieran has decided to forgo sweets and chocolate for the month. By eliminating sugary treats from his diet, he aims to improve his nutrition and cultivate healthier eating habits. This challenge not only supports his personal health goals but also serves as an inspiration for others to consider the impact of their dietary choices.

Ciaron: The Triple Threat

Ciaron is taking on a multifaceted challenge: he’s giving up alcohol, growing a moustache, and aiming to lose 7kg. This comprehensive approach reflects his dedication to both physical health and raising awareness about men’s health issues. By pursuing these goals, Ciaron hopes to inspire others to take charge of their health and well-being.

Daniel: Growing a moustache

Daniel is growing a moustache this Movember to raise awareness and support for men's health! Join him in supporting this great cause and help spread the word. Every donation counts.

Twas the night before Movember, when all through the land,
Not a whisker was stirring, not one single strand.
The razors were readied by the sink with care,
In hopes that a smooth-to-be face would soon be there.
The Mo Bros and Sisters were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Mo glory ran through their heads.

Yes folks, the hairiest month of the year begins TOMORROW!!

Hopefully all the plans for your team’s campaigns are in place, and if not – there is still time to recruit, make plans and build hype. Last year the sports challenge made a serious impact, and we’re gonna do it all again this year.

BE THE DIFFERENCE IN MOVEMBER 2024!
