My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
Mental health is very close to my heart especially mens mental health having suffered myself. If I can raise awareness and encourage men to talk just by growing a moustache it’s worth the minor itching and looking strange to hopefully save another early death. I’m also taking part in the London Landmarks half marathon in April and will be running for Movember too. The training has started. Please give what you can it will mean so much to me and help me on my training for this race. The last time I ran this distance was 20 years ago
