My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember, to play my part preventing deaths by suicide, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Movember raises funds for some really important causes - including research to understand the outsized impact of prostate and testicular cancers on marginalised and underrepresented communities. Please donate to support men's health and, more importantly, start a conversation with the men around you about their physical and mental wellbeing!

Movember is back, and we're encouraging all colleagues to get involved in this year's campaign!

There are plenty of ways to take part, whether you're looking for a personal challenge, a team activity, or simply a way to support an important cause:
- Grow a Moustache the classic Movember symbol.
- Move for Movember by running, walking or cycling 60km during November, representing the 60 men lost to suicide every hour around the world.
- Join a Sponsored Walk in Edinburgh, London or Birmingham.

Most importantly, Movember is about much more than growing a moustache. It's about supporting the fathers, brothers, friends, and colleagues in our lives, and starting conversations that can make a real difference. That's why all colleagues are encouraged to take part.

How to Sign Up
- Visit the NatWest Movember page. https://uk.movember.com/mospace/network/51824
- Click Sign Up/Login and create your account.
- Select "I am taking part with my work" and choose "NatWest UK".
- Fundraise as an individual, join an existing team, or create your own team.

There will be Movember prizes for best moustache, most distance and highest funds raised by individuals, so best of luck!

Let's come together to raise awareness, support a great cause, and have some fun along the way.
