My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men have many challenges to overcome in life but are often in receipt of the least number of services to do so. Like most men I've had my own challenges to overcome including depression and this year I was diagnosed (and recovered from) testicular cancer. I want to do something bigger than me, so this year I've chosen to fundraise for the Movember charity. I'm completing an Iron Man challenge in July which is a mega Triathlon totaling 140.7 miles to be completed in less than 18 hours consisting of 2.4 mile Open Water Swim, 112 mile Bike and finally 26.2 mile run (a marathon).

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
