My motivation

In 2006 I lost one of my closest footballing teammates to suicide.

In the 18 years that have passed I've seen far too many people lose their lives in the same way.

In addition to growing a glorious moustache this year I'll be doing a cold water dip in the North Sea and / or running 5km every day throughout Movember

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. Please donate to support men's health.
