My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I’m taking part in Movember because men’s health is personal to me. A member of my family has faced testicular cancer, and I’ve seen first-hand how vital early conversations and action can be.

But what moves me most are the heart-breaking statistics around suicide. Too many men feel like silence is their only option, and far too many see suicide as the only way out. If only they had felt able to talk, to share, to reach out.

This month I’m not just raising awareness, I’m also raising money to support the life-changing projects Movember funds. Every pound makes a difference, helping to improve treatments, create support networks, and build a world where no man feels he has to face his struggles alone.
