My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have been struggling with anxiety and my mental health for a couple of years now and I’ve come to realise how important looking after your mental health is. I wasn’t really taught about how to look after your mental health in school; I had to learn that for myself. I’ve had friends who have struggled greatly with mental health issues and it’s a real passion of mine to bring more awareness towards, and try and have a positive impact on the scourge that mental illnesses can have on so many people. So if you can give anything then please do :)
