As the old saying goes, "health is wealth", and whether that be physical, mental or emotional, it's a statement we embody here at The Sole Supplier. This month we're taking on the Movember challenge and raising funds for all the fathers, brothers, sons and friends in our lives because whether we like it or not, men's health is in a crisis.

On average, 1 in 8 men will suffer from severe depression at some point in their lives, and 1 in 5 will experience anxiety. In addition, 60 men worldwide will take their lives each hour, and things simply cannot go on this way.

While mental health is of the utmost importance, we can't forget about physical health either. 1 in 8 men will also be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetimes, and as it stands, testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men under 40.

By donating to our Movember efforts, you can help us in our fight to support men's mental and physical health all year round. In an attempt to raise awareness, we're ditching the razors this month and we're wearing our 'staches with pride!
