My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is so overlooked.
I can’t grow a moustache but every effort and penny matters!
Since loosing my Dad in a freak car accident in August 2024 mental health support and the support of friends and colleagues has been vital in keeping me going.
From PTSD following the accident, to the general difficulties of grief and work related stress, speaking out and being open about my mental health has allowed me to push through and continue to live my life following traumatic grief. My Dad did Movember for years so I want to honour him as much as possible and raise as much awareness as possible and break the stigma against mental health.

Great cause. When you are able to get the right support at the right time it can be life saving. Sadly for too many people the ability to access these types of resources can be so hard. Brilliant that Movember is there to highlight need for these services although not a fan of the marked increase in bad facial hair on display this month!
