My motivation

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. I need your help. My mental health journey has been a rollercoaster of a lifetime ups and down and roundabouts. I always knew I was “different” when I was 21 I was diagnosed with ADHD and finally everything in my life made sense. I stopped blaming myself for silly mistakes. I stopped hating myself for sabotaging relationships, loosing my keys, or even listening to my partner. I spoke to a professional got help and never looked back. I’m doing this challenge to hopefully help other men to open up and talk because vulnerability is power.
