My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Mental health is something very close to my heart. I am and have always been very open about my own battle with depression and suicidal thoughts and have written multiple blog articles about it (https://salomesmind.wordpress.com/mental-health/).
However, not everyone is as lucky as me and feel like they can talk about it openly or even feel supported by their closed one, in particular men.

This is why I have decided to raise money for Movember this year and join my work's place challenge in raising awareness and money for this very important cause.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
