My motivation

As just one of 7 members of our CRC team, I had my own battle with depression for over 10 years and I feel incredibly lucky, that I had the loving support of my family and access to free professional help through our NHS’ wonderful IAPT service, which ultimately saved my life. Thankfully, those days are now but a distant memory, and now I can do my part to help others, with the help of my fantastic ‘Mo’ brothers at the CRC.
