My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year has been the hardest year I've ever faced in terms of mental health. I've sadly also seen many of my bros and their families impacted by men's physical & mental health.

This year has also been one in which I've been incredibly supported by friends and family to get through rough mental health patches. It's also been beautiful to see groups of friends come together to support one another.

I care about Movember's work to encourage men to speak up about their mental health, listen to one another, encourage each other to take action and regularly check in on our bros.

We lose too many bros to suicide. It doesn't have to be that way. Here's to looking out for each other.
