My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

This year, I recovered from one of the roughest mental health patches I've ever faced. I couldn't have done it without my loved ones, who were incredibly supportive. For that, I'll be forever grateful.

Not everyone has the same luck of being surrounded by well-intentioned and caring people when they need them the most. That's why I care so much about the work Movember is doing.

It's my fourth year participating in Movember, and this year, I'll be doing two challenges. The first is a physical one: running the La Baule Marathon. The second is mental: going back to therapy.

We lose too many bros to suicide. It doesn't have to be that way.
