My motivation

Conquering 3 peaks of Britain for Men's Mental & Physical Health.

I'm taking on my third charity event which will be raising money for men's mental & physical health through the Movember charity organisation. I have chosen this charity as I believe that men's mental health is under constant pressure and male suicides are at a extremely worrying rate. Especially due to covid-19 as families have lost their jobs, social lives and some cases, their houses.

Unfortunately, I can imagine everyone will know of someone or has lost someone they know due to suicide, prostate or testicular cancer.
On average, 12-15 men commit suicide everyday in the UK & 32 men a day die due to prostate cancer. These numbers are truly horrific.

I want to do something that could potentially save someone's life and inspire others to pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.
By raising money to Movember, the money will go towards men's mental & physical heath. Nobody deserves to feel alone and depressed.
