My motivation

All of us are vulnerable to the effects of mental illness, now more than ever. Too many people struggle in silence.

Nobody should have to experience the devastating loss of a family member and/or loved one to mental illness and suicide.

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there.
