My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and is a charity I'm proud to support. My younger brother suffers from depression and is battling with alcoholism. We've been through a lot over the past few years and it's charities like Movember that are a lifeline to many (often young) men that feel a societal pressure to act 'tough'.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young men; a sad fact that I think about in relation to my brother and friends. I hope that this small act of solidarity raises a few quid for this noble cause and helps others feel more comfortable in talking about their feelings, then it's worthwhile.
