My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I have had my own personal struggles with my mental health on the 4th of May 2020
I reached rock bottom and attempted suicide. Since then I have totally turned my life around and breaking down the stigma around men’s mental health has been a top priority of mine, I have made it a personal goal to show people that are feeling down that there is light at the end of the tunnel and things do actually get better. After an absolutely insane Movember last year I couldn’t help but do it again to help bring awareness to such a great cause.
I know how hard it can be for people to come forward and share their experiences . This is why I want to bring awareness to men’s mental health and help break down the stigma that surrounds having open and honest conversations about this topic.
