My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
I sadly lost a dear friend to suicide and as someone who has had battles with mental health myself, I know how difficult and scary it can be opening up to others about it. Anything you can spare will be a great help to this wonderful cause.

A request in support of men even more; 1st December is World Aids Day and 24th November 1991 was the day we sadly lost Freddie Mercury.
