Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them.
I am in Movember for my cousin who got to a really bad place when his relationship ended, and we found him in the cattle shed on his fathers farm, he had taken his own life. He thought there was no way out and no where to go, and didn't talk to anyone, just messages saying he was sorry & he loved us....

Its OK to be NOT OK as a man. We don't wear capes and fly...

We all can show help is there, and you can get through it.
