My motivation

In our society, mens mental and physical health is under looked. Us blokes tend to bottle up our emotions and avoid seeking help.

Men’s mental health is a topic that lies close to my heart. From witnessing it being under-prioritised in healthcare and suppressed by military personnel/veterans.

It’s one that hits home for every man, we all have had our personal experience of battling a negative time in our lives. And we need to make an effort to improve the lives of blokes who are struggling mentally and physically.

Therefore, this Movember help me and the JHG SW group raise money to increase awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide.

I am giving myself 3 weeks to run 60km.

Any donations will be hugely appreciated. Your donation will have such a positive impact on all the lads out there.
