My motivation

Nobody should suffer in silence over how they are feeling. Sadly, this happens far too often and can lead to poor mental health and suicide.

This Movemeber, myself and Craig will be running 250km between us over the course of the next month.

We will also be donning a (terrible) pre-grown moustache this month, in the hope that it will get all manner of people (not just men) talking: allowing them to create an open discussion about mental health/feelings.

This is a cause that is truly personal to me (Luke). Four years ago, I lost my Dad to cancer. As a 21 year old, I could of 'gone off the rails'...Luckily, I had the fortune of having an amazing family and close circle of friends, including Craig, whom I spoke with about how I was feeling.

They were extremely caring and I knew I could always call on them...Some people are not that lucky.
