My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Suicide is one of those issues that you hear a lot about, but hopefully you never have to experience it.

I've seen the people closest to me struggle with their own battles. I've seen the people closest to me lose loved ones to their struggles. It's life changing, it's horrible. We're here in 2022 and it's still a prevalent killer in men, and given the circumstances this year it's affecting a lot more people. Heck, this year most of all with all the crap going on I think most people are struggling.

I can't change the world, but I can check in on my mates regularly to make sure they're well and good. You can do that too, and you should.

In the meantime, I'm here with a few of my mates who thought it was about time we helped those who reach rock bottom and need a shoulder to lean on. I know we're all skint this year but please, if you can spare a pound then donate it to someone this Movember and together we can try save some lives.

Here we go again, my (least) favourite month of the year. I'd apologise for you having to see my face in your feed but this is important.

November is here again and it's time to try raise some pennies again to help those who need it. Too many men are dying needlessly every day and we don't like to talk about it.
