My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health
Mental health is something we all struggle with. As men we are brought up to take it on, solve the problem, act indifferent, like walls with everything bouncing off. I believe this to be true but sometimes you can take too much on, things don’t go to plan, life throws circumstance at you and it can become too much. It can end up being to much and you feel like your drowning with no way out. It is important to remember that you’re not the only one tackling these problems and you have support, your friends and family.
People suffer silently everyday battling their own struggles. It is important to check up on your friends and family, ask them how they and truly listen and provide support in whatever form possible. Sharing the struggle is the first step to overcoming. You are not alone in it.
I’m here with some pals growing a moustache to remind each other we are facing life together and its okay to lean on each other and raise awareness for charities that help provide support for people who need someone to lean on. Every donation helps but you can also help by being a support for those around you by regularly checking up making sure they are doing well.
