Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Recent years have been tough for everyone, but working in the shipping community there is a hidden group isolated away, yet they contribute so much to the lives of the everyday ordinary person. Seafarers are carrying up to 90pct of goods by sea in various different vessels, traveling around the globe and spending months sometimes even years away from their family and their homes.

This year has been particularly tough for seafarers due to Covid - they have had to endure restrictions in shore leave, the one thing that most would consider a basic necessity, the transport and travel industry has been heavily disrupted meaning that when the scheduled time for crew changes comes around it is often not possible to relieve the crew on time, meaning they are spending more and more time onboard (Most of the time out of range for any internet or basic luxuries we all typically take for granted).

In summary.. this year the issue of mental health and wellbeing has been a serious concern for us and we constantly try to uphold high morale amongst all our crews and teams and we hope that by taking part in Movember, we can hopefully raise a bit of money for a very worthwhile cause, but also you will see from our team page that we have a mix of shore staff and vessel crews taking part so even if we don't raise a great amount of money, we have succeeded to advance our team engagement.

Thanks in advance for any donations which you can offer which will be greatly appreciated and are for a really great and worthwhile cause.
