Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is one of the leading charities in the UK for men's health and supporting men through difficult times.
Across the UK and ROI ~5,185 men commit suicide every year.
Every 45 minutes a man in the UK dies from prostate cancer.
I am running 60km under load for the 60 men who commit suicide globally every hour, in the hopes that these statistics will be much lower in future.
