My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Mental health is important not just for a day, a week or a month. Mental health is important every day of every year and is a topic that needs to be spoken about more and more. Every single one of us faces struggles day to day but many are ashamed to talk about it, men specially due to the stigma in today's society. It stops many from reaching out for help. Everyone's life matters and everyone's voice matters. This year has been tough for everybody especially, but let's all team up, continue to raise awareness and change this!

I have personally struggled with mental health throughout my teenage years and developed an eating disorder. It was only when I decided to reach our for help, I managed to get better and developed a healthier mindset, which is something I wish upon everyone. Never be ashamed to seek help because there are people out there, who would do anything to support and be there for you.

Might need a hip replacement right about now :))) very slow run, I’m actually shocked but I’ve been training lots lately so I think my body is just tired at this point. Slightly disappointed but I pushed through so can’t be too hard on myself

My legs were way to heavy to continue. I technically could have pushed myself to get to 5km but we don’t want an injury especially that my hip was slightly sore.
