My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

2021 is the year of IronMo…
- 5x Ironman 70.3 Triathlons
- 4x Weekends
- 1x Important cause

Men’s health, especially mental health means a lot to me, having battled with burnout, stress, depression and anxiety over the last 4 years.
I was in a dark place and hadn’t admitted event to myself that I was struggling and needed help. Somehow, in my darkest moment I was able to reach out and call a friend and tell him I wasn’t ok.

Since then, I’ve come a long way. I’m still not always Ok, but I’m fine with that. I know what to look for and I have begun to consciously help those who may also be struggling.

That’s why I’m raising money and awareness for Movember. To encourage conversation and to promote the benefits of exercise on your mental health and to raise funds to support causes which will stop men dying to young.

Join in with an IronMo, reach out to a mate, or donate the price of a pint to Movember.

WOW!
Almost half way through Movember and 40% through IronMo!
Thank you so much to everyone who’s donated, supported, messaged and opened up about how they’re feeling to me or someone else.
Over £3k raised in 14 days! A ridiculous amount of money that will make a huge difference to men’s health!
Thank you!!! Looking forward to next weekend’s IronMo in London!!

And we’re off…
I went to the Movember shave down party in London last night and had my first ever proper cut throat shave!
Apparently it sets the growth back a week… but gotta do it properly this year!

On Saturday…. We roll out on the first of five IronMo’s!
