A conversation will help change a persons mood and that is exactly what Movember is all about, starting a conversation to help mental health. With that in mind I urge anyone who knows of someone living alone or maybe just someone you've not heard from in a while, to reach out to them and just check in.

I am incredibly lucky to be locked up with her but I realised that there as some people struggling with this illness alone or have become cut off from their family or friends because of it. Now more than ever I realise the importance of reaching out or checking up on someone, just a short message to check if they're alright or if they need anything helps.

On the 1st of November I was fully prepared to start doing my part and try to grow a moustache for the very first time, what I didn't expect is to come down with coronavirus.
The past seven days has been very tough, feeling like a really bad flu that just won't go away. Every morning feeling drained and uncomfortable, but a little bit better than the morning before. Unfortunately my fiancée has it too. Luckily, we live together and now only have 5 days of isolation left to go, I haven't been taking much notice of my tash but luckily she lets me know how its looks, although theres not very much of it, I think she secretly likes it really.

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
