Help us CHANGE the face of men's health

I’ve been doing this for 5 years now, started as a lockdown laugh, have learnt so much more since. This is such a great cause having a fabulous impact.

Testicular and prostate cancer are the biggest killers of Men. Suicide prevention is my main motivation. Globaly, on average 1 man dies every minute of every day. It’s the biggest killer in men aged 18-30 in the UK. The rate of male suicide is alarmingly high: 3 out of 4 suicides in the UK are by men. The increasing programmes which Movember support ensure all men and boys look after their mental health and are comfortable and able to reach out to others for support when they’re struggling.
