My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Some of us will be participating in growing the Tash and others will also be involved in a "Fun Run Triathlon" - yes we will be jumping in the sea at the end November.

All involved will have a personal target of a distance to run, walk or move to - mine is 60km including the Fun Run which totals to 15km. So every Monday and Thursday I will be running 5km getting out and about with my beautiful Moustache.

Due to COVID, it has been organised in such a way that people cannot hang around - but not to worry, photos will be taken at the finish line which is the sea :)
