FUN RUN TRIATHLON - SUNDAY 29th NOVEMBER.

MEET TESCO CHURCH ROAD (WITH A BIKE) - 9.00am Meet! (Starts 9.15-9.25am,)

ROUTE - Down to Seafront, cycle to Ropetackle (Shoreham) and back toward Brighton, leave bike at Kingston Lane (Shoreham), Run 5km to Rockwater (Bar) to the Finish Line - Jump in the sea :D

END LOCATION - ROCKWATER BAR. Family/ Friends welcome to limit of social distancing (6 people inc yourself). We will not be hanging about due to rules, while we are waiting for those to finish - please maintain social distancing in groups no larger than 6.
