My motivation

I am raising funds this year to support men’s mental health.
We have a responsibility to check in on each other, over a coffee, over a pint or having a lap or two around the lake. It all means so much to support one another in this ever-changing world. Growing something resembling facial hair is the least I can do.
As well as a movement goal as usual, I will be undertaking a lake dipping challenge. I will be dipping for 88 minutes across the month.
In 2023 it was estimated that 5300 men took their own lives. So I converted that figure to seconds then down to minutes, and wound up with the number 88.
