My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Raising money for Movember this year, I'll be remembering my brilliant friend Luke who took his own life in May. We miss him every day. 3 out of 4 suicides in the UK are by men, and in England & Wales suicide rates are at their highest level since 1999. Funds raised for Movember go towards projects that focus on prevention and early intervention. In their words:

"The issue of suicide is incredibly complex. But we know this: improving overall mental health and helping men establish better social connections can reduce the risk of suicide. And so that’s our mission. To get there, we’re uniting experts, funding bold new approaches and embracing fresh perspectives."

This year I will be growing a moustache, and running 60km over the month of November (culminating in a grand finale 10km run in Edinburgh). I'll be exhausted by December, but I hope it will earn your donation! Thank you for your support.
