My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young. This challenge is way out of my comfort zone but by doing this I'm hoping to raise plenty of money for a great cause. We as men find it difficult to talk about our mental health but that must change. I myself struggle with it and that's nothing to be ashamed of. It just means I/we need to learn and develop so we can talk about our problems.
