Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

It’s that time of year again to grow some fluff on my top lip and raise some money for men’s health.

The conversation around mental health is a much-needed one during these difficult times. Every hour 60 men lose their lives to suicide and this needs to change. It’s time to reach out to everyone around us and check up on your mates.

Let’s do this for men’s health and stop men dying too young.
