My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

I'm raising funds and awareness this Movember.. I know what your thinking.. How? Right? Well as a mosista I will be running/walking or even crawling 60km to represent the 60 men who sadly commit suicide around the world every hour. Join me this November to support all the dads, brothers, sons, friends & co-workers in our lives. I need your help.

This year as well as running 60k to raise money I will be taking part in a Fundraising ladder climb at Tolvaddon Community Fire Station on the 29th November with my On Call colleagues. We will be climbing the 13.5m ladder 318 times each which represents the 4300 men that commit suicide each year!

Please donate to support men's health. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
