My motivation

Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I started Movember back in 2012 for a laugh with a few mates. Year on year it's become more important to me. I have personally experienced mental health episodes and have had many friends who have gone through some dark time. My Grandpa battled through prostate cancer and is no longer with us. Throughout life and work, every day is tough, and some days, weeks and month are tougher. But supporting each other can help, no matter how small.

It goes without saying I'll be growing a Mo as well as doing a physical challenges this month for my mates, family and everyone who needs support this year. Get behind this great cause and please donate, grow a Mo, Move for Movember and start those much needed conversations with the people around you!
