Hello team,

Back to that time of year again where it’s time check back, thank the lucky stars and to give something a blasting for a good cause.

After last years success raising over $8000, its time to try and raise the stakes to make some more. Hopefully we can get as many friends, family and businesses as possible involved to reach the number. Please share/ donate however you can!

This year the continuation of stupidity and humiliation will stand. Donate and challenge me to get stuck in and do something, easy. The link will be in the bio / give me a nudge and I’ll send on.

However the physical battle this year has been haulted which is a huge shame, we will try and get something in where we can.

Anyone who fancies getting invovled for suggestions let me know - anything and everything could be done.

The struggle faced will be minimal compared to what some go through on a daily basis, unfortunately in some cases, until it becomes too much. Once again hope everyone rallies together for some silliness and suffering to support the Movember drive globally.

I hope, in a small way, through everyone's help we can get some cash together for what is a hugely devastating and prevalent, yet under-supported cause and one that I know will, unfortunately, affect us all in one way or another in our lifetime.

Nice one,
MNJ x

Day 7 - final run! some in batman, some as MNJ and some in budgies courtesy of my colleagues at CW. SO much easier and more enjoyable without the vest on!! I will be trying to run a fastest 10 time at some point this week when the fatigue in the legs has gone. Totalled up 350+ KM for Novmeber with this and training, so thanks for everyone support again - Movember done and dusted! 70/70KM ✅

I ran 10 km00:58:44

Day 5- Bad decision to run this on lunch hour due to other commitments. It was 27 degrees and a massive struggle with fatigue and also the general heat. Would not recommend to a friend but nearly there now, cant wait to ditch the vest. 50/70KM ✅

Day 6 - The final weighted run and probably my most ran/ favorite overall route around the waterfront and CBD of Sydney. The final one of the bunch so the 150BPM heart rate went out of the window after the first 6km so this would be the best weighted time of the lot. Niamh again on the camera duties and support running, shes probably now fitter than me. 60/70KM ✅

Day 4 - The toughest yet. Most undulating route of the lot in long consistent uphills, absolute hell for the quads and hamstrings. Felt like the slowest yet but still sub 60 with a bit of a spurt on at the end. Good on Niamh for joining again on the support team. 40/70km ✅

Day 3 - Most enjoyable route yet with the amazing scenery of the coastal route from Bondi beach to Clovelly. Joined by Jake Armitage as Mario and Luigi. Many funny looks along the way but some great photos and videos! 30/70km ✅

Hey MacKenzie,
Anne-Cecile here, the Country Director for Movember UK. I wanted to get in touch personally to say welcome to the Mo Family and well done on an incredible month so far! Because of you, we are able to change men’s lives by funding projects like changing rooms, to improve the mental wellbeing of men.

Thank you – keep up the great work!

Just one of many stupid tasks a donation can put me through! Thanks Greg Kane!
