My motivation

My motivation for taking on Movember is to challenge the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and create more opportunities for men to connect beyond the circumstances that often define their lives. 100% of all profits will go straight to these donations.

Through my project ConversationsWithTime, I want to lead weekly events and challenges that inspire men to dive deeper into life, explore who they are, and build/nurture meaningful connections through shared experiences (music, mobility, meditation and memory workshops) that spark honest and life-changing conversations.

I believe we need to make it easier for men to talk, to be vulnerable, and to feel supported before they reach breaking point. Because sometimes, changing the conversation starts with simply creating the time and space for one.

Mental health is always a work in progress and we all need help. I know I did when I was young and I know I did when I came out and couldn’t make sense of it. We all feel lost from time to time and this is my effort to build some more spaces that life doesn’t just feel like a race…

Over and out.

Take care and share what you can!
